Nautilus T514 I bought this treadmill to assist me in training for 10K runs. I particularly liked that the maximum speed goes up to 12 mph. The treadmill is very solid and responds quickly to commands entered in the control panel. Set up took less than an hour, and the treadmill has worked like a champ since I purchased it in December. I highly recommend this item for beginning and intermediate runners.

I have always been a walker, till recent events in life have arised to prevent me from doing so freely. It has been a decade, (due to coyotes become abundant in local area, roads become more active, and knee injury)..that i have freely walked. I knew i needed to take a active step in this lack in my life,(Even if inside the house!) so chose carefully a instrument to help me achieve this step back to walking. I found this product, received it and am so delighted! Yes it is heavy, but is easily manuevered with a bit of umphh lol around. Easy to assemble with brothers help =) 2 minds do make it easier.. I love the way the treadmill itself easily lifts up, and lowers.. the tilting of treadmills path as i walk, the speed i can easily up or down on handle is awesome! I love the fan for cooling of one =) and the key if i should fall , for quick shut off took care of any fears in me, that if i should fall, i wont go flying backwards on belt! =) for someone in her mid 40s, this was a plus for me. I have recommended this product to others.. and would buy it again!!
